• Management Trainee (Engineering)  : 38 posts (Mechanical-14, Civil-7,  Electrical-5, Chemical-12)
• Management Trainee (HR)  : 08 posts

Stipend : During the one year training period, the monthly emoluments shall be Rs.35000/-  + Accommodation & Transport or Rs.5000/-  if accommodation & transport is not provided; during the training period, other benefits like Medical will be provided to the Trainee as per Company policy applicable from time to time.

Pay Scale : On successful completion of training, the Management Trainees will be considered for absorption in the regular pay scale of Rs.24900-50500/-.

Age : 25 years, Relaxation in age as per rules.

SOCIAL AUDIT SOCIETY OF TAMIL NADU (SASTA) The Social Audit Society of Tamil Nadu (SASTA) was established by the Government of Tamil Nadu in Rural Development & Panchayat Raj Department, under the Tamil Nadu Societies' Registration Act, 1975. Supporting Staff To assist the District Resource person in carrying out the day-to day office administration.
